Pictures of old friends,

Colours in a race,
Followed by my fears.
Mirror in the wood,
Green bow signing hope.
Who will I see now?
Is this me inside?
Don’t no where to go.
Searching for my goal.
The way I don’t know.
Always tried to hide.
Tried to run a way.
I hate to decide.
I’m afraid to say:
„I’m afraid of less“
I need all I want.
I know my desires.
I feel forced at once

Take a step outside
To where your gaze is gonna meet no limitations,
To where you’re free from human made plantations,
To where you feel the breath of life and its sensation.
Take a step inside
To where there are no concrete paths of directions,
To where waves make you sway and lose your orientation,
To where the cold awakes you and gets you into reflection.
Dive into the deep of the sea,
Don’t fear the darkness in here,
Only in the shallow Mariana Trench
Where nothing moves and time stands
As if it was frozen, there's nothing but you,
You'll finally be able to hear what lies in you.
Don’t fear to meet yourself!
Don’t fear to slow down – it helps
To quit the loud trouble for once
That got you lost for years and months,
To find the true compass deeply hidden
To the true treasure your heart is seekin’.
Don’t yet ask how,
Don’t hesitate now!
And you will build magical worlds in the deep
Which are floated with light and fantasy,
Which you have always carried inside of you
but only in the dark sea can be found and viewed.
This treasure you have seen
If you want it for real,
There are more ways and options
Than plankton in the ocean!
But the map is empty, you will have to paint
The location you wanna reach and the way.
When you know your destination
Get back to the surface with determination,
Learn how to sail from a wise captain
Then follow your compass with compassion.
Don’t give in to false treasures of golden gleam,
Don’t get on a boat that drives on an opposite stream.
Meet new friends that head into the same direction,
Even though it might just be a temporary connection.
Fight storms, beasts and cannons,
Enjoy the secret wonders and time with your companions
But the first step is to get inside
Dive into the deep sea to find yourself

Be courageous and hear,
The way will show itself
If you trust in yourself.
